The Safari Volunteer Program gives animals a voice and constantly works for awareness and improvements.

We can't change the world for every animal, but for some animals, we can change the world.

The Safari Volunteer Program was initiated by foreign volunteers in December 2012 and has gone from strength to strength thanks to the varied skills and dedication of 1000+ volunteers who have helped in that time.

What used to be a derelict and outdated Safari Park and Zoo, is now a thriving and beautiful place to visit, volunteer and work at.

We are all very proud of the dedication of the volunteers, the commitment by the management and hard work of the local staff to help us achieve what was initially deemed to be unobtainable.

The Safari Park and Open Zoo in Kanchanaburi Province, Thailand has achieved TripAdvisor Travellers Choice Award in 2014 and 2017 and has climbed from #66 to #6 in the rankings of Must-See Attractions in Kanchanaburi.
